I’m sorry for not being able to post for quite some time. As I’ve said, I’ve been working the fuck shift so I guess that’s a pretty good excuse right? Why’d I call it the fuck shift? Y’see, most of the time, people fuck or get fucked at night, be it at home, in the hotel, in the car, in an abandoned alley, etc. At the same time, my body clock’s pretty much fucked up. With the frequent usage of the word “fuck”, I now dub this shift, the fuck shift.
Anyways, I had probably the most activity-filled weekend I’ve ever had for quite some time. And it kicked off last Friday when me, Ira and her family went on to watch Michael Bay’s creation, Transformers. And guess what? It kicked ass! It doesn’t have that much of a story, but what the hell! You don’t watch Transformers and expect a twist that makes Optimus Prime one of the bad guys. You watch it because you expect some extreme action. And with that said, extreme is an understatement. I think I had my mouth wide open during that highway scene as well as that one-on-one between Megatron and Prime. In addition to the kick-ass special effects action scenes, there is also a touch of comedy and the dramatic scenes are very low which is quite nice. And there’s always that hood scene to get us guys jumping. I mean, I’ve never seen Megan Fox that hot. She’s hot alright, but that hot? I mean, did I mention she’s hot???

The next day, we went swimming over at ACE Water SPA. It was a lot of fun as it made us relax and all. Nothing much to talk about here as we just swam and swam, it’s fun if you were there but not that much if I were to put it into writing.
On Sunday, we were booked for a morning badminton session. It was fun but a tiring experience as I am having a hard time walking right now, caused by muscle pains and all. After that we went to the Power Plant Mall to watch another action-packed movie. Yep, Die Hard 4.0 it is. If you’re looking for action, then this movie’s for you. If not, I’d bet you’d easily give this movie a D rating. The story’s pretty straightforward. You know what will happen in the end just 20 minutes into the movie. Nevertheless, I was gearing for the action scenes in this movie and not some cheesy story with twists so yeah, I give it a thumbs up!
After the movie was bowling session and boy did I suck! I was throwing gutters all over the place that you’d think it was my first time throwing an 11-pound ball to strike down 10 lucky pins. Well, I don’t wanna talk about my game, I had a lot of fun and that’s what matters most. I think it’s all because I was with Ira the whole time. (ehem ehem)
That pretty sums up the weekend that I had. Pretty much hectic but unlike work, I had tons of fun! I wish every weekend could always be like this. That way I can forget all about working on this fuck shift on this fucking company staring at this fucking computer that keeps on crashing.
