Now on to the usual good stuff…
It’s the night shift. As usual, I am bored. Actually, make that ‘was’ bored. Wanna know why? I came across this incredibly entertaining website. It’s some sort of a dictionary and it describes how words are being used in real life. The one I linked to is how the word “Safeway” is being used.
Personally, I liked this one:
“8. Safeway – When someone has sex standing against a fridge in the frozen food section at any Safeway!!!
Used in a sentence: Chad safewayed a chick in brandons dream!!!”
Actually, it’s not that funny but it inspired me and paved the way for me to also give a meaning to the word Safeway. Excuse my French in the next paragraphs.
Safeway – An organization that employs different races (particularly Filipinos) so that they can pay them way below the minimum wage. In short, so they can save money… effin cheapskates! In addition to that, they provide little to no growth to the different-raced-employees and the benefits are just shit. They don’t care if you die, wallow in pain, get some really darkened eyes due to lack of sleep (or red eyes due to overstaring at the computer monitor), get sick with ulcer, get hemorrhage due to overworking, and a whole lot more! You can also use it as a verb, adjective, adverb or whatever figure of speech you can imagine. Come to think of it, the word safeway should be banned because it’s widely referred to as a cuss word nowadays.
To use in a sentence:
Safeway just safewayed 2 years out of my life.
The thief safewayingly stole everything from me, including my underpants.
Hey man, I won the bet, don’t you try to Safeway out of this one.
What??? You got STD? How Safewayed up is that??
Wanna know where Safeway is? Just around the corner… Y’know, that manhole on the street…. What? That manhole’s not Safeway? Sorry, couldn’t tell the difference. I fell into it once and took me two years to get out!
Synonyms:
Fuck, shit, fucking shit, slavery, etc (any cuss or negative word you can think of, please associate it with Safeway, as that is how things go right now, thank you).
